Brisbane Success Without Stress Meditation Program

From the 23rd to 26th of September we will be running a Success Without Stress Meditation Program in Brisbane.

The Success Without Stress Program is specifically designed to help you reduce stress from your life, resulting in improved health, well-being and performance.

To achieve this we use meditation: a simple technique that is easy to learn when taught correctly. Reduced stress results in dramatically improved health, wellbeing and enhanced ability to achieve our full potential.

The course will be four consecutive days and located at Quay West Suites in Brisbane:

  • Day 1: Saturday 23rd September, 45-minute appointed time
  • Day 2: Sunday 24th September, Establishing the Practice, 9.30am – 11.00am
  • Day 3: Monday 25th September, The Mind, Body and Meditation, 6.30pm – 8.00pm
  • Day 4: Tuesday 26th September, Development of Human Potential, 6.30pm – 8.00pm

The whole program includes:

  • 4- day (sessions) Success Without Stress Meditation Instruction Program
  • 1 Rejuvenation Day to be held in Brisbane
  • 1 Ayurvedic Consultation (Via Skype) with our Ayurveda practitioner Tegan Wallis
  • 1 Ayurvedic Consultation Follow Up (Via Skype) our Ayurveda practitioner Tegan Wallis
